Stinky Tofu

This would have to be one of the most bizarre foods that I've come across, and it best described by the guy in this video.

When I first arrived, driving through the street markets, the stench was overpowering. Originally, I thought it was rotting cooking oil.

Anyway, I gave it a bash and decided... it tastes as bad as it smells. A bit like an obscure, putrid blue cheese - an acquired taste.
